To mark this milestone, our team of 25 members aims to represent our community at the prestigious Toronto GWN International Dragon Boat Race in June 2025.

Bridging Cultures, Breaking Barriers

C.H.A.R.G.E. of CAACF is the Orlando-based Dragon Boat Team organized by the Chinese American Association of Central Florida in June, 2010.
Our mission is to promote the ancient Chinese sport of dragon boat racing within the community, fostering team building, friendship, and a healthy lifestyle. We aim to cultivate understanding and camaraderie among diverse cultures, bringing people together through this dynamic and inclusive tradition.

C.H.A.R.G.E. of the Chinese American Association of Central Florida (CAACF) is heading into our 16th season, and we’re excited for what’s ahead! Over the years, we’ve built a strong and competitive team. Starting in Division D Mixed in 2010, we’ve grown steadily—earning gold medals and trophies across multiple divisions in 2022, 2023, and 2024 consecutively, and closing out our 15th season with a silver medal. We’re aiming even higher in 2026. The energy from our practices and the adrenaline of race day never get old. If you enjoy the outdoors, love being on the water, and have a passion for teamwork, we’d love to have you join us. Come paddle with us—we welcome you!
